Spent our Christmas at a hotel in Ischia and couldn't have asked for a better experience. the Christmas lunch was impressive with a variety of delicious food on offer. the hotel's strategic location allowed us to enjoy both sea and mountain views. the thermal baths were a definite plus - we took advantage of them every single day, definitely one of the best features of the hotel's amenities.

The hotel's elevators were not the best for older individuals. the Christmas decorations were not in line with the hotel's serene theme, it was kitschy at times.

The transportation services offered by the hotel were excellent, with free transfers to both Forio and the beach. The staff were helpful and polite, always making me feel welcome. The location of the hotel was perfect, situated close to the beach and within walking distance of shops. the breakfast options were plentiful, with a variety of tasty sweets, coffee choices, and savory options like salami and eggs.
